Changes to our NSFW and use of animation rules!

Hi all, our NSFW rule #2 is now obsolete and the posting of NSFW content on this forum will now be controlled via our Etiquette guideline #7.

The use of animated avatars and animated member signature images on this forum is now allowed provided these animations comply with our Etiquette guideline #8.
