Ironically, the myriad  of "god" beliefs of humanity are proving to be more dangerous than us learning that we are on our own, making the way we treat each other far more important


Ya, I've mentioned this already before the wealth discrepancy and the ridiculousness of the top 1% owning most of the world's industries and resources.

As of the moment, all we have is a bottom limit to what a person can have: food, shelter, clothing. But, there's absolutely no top limit. Which seems just as basic, yet there's nothing about that being mentioned anywhere, not even the bible.

All it talks about is the virtue of giving and all that. Screw virtue! Set a limit, period. We allow these a-holes to buy whole islands while their poor brethren are all huddled together in some tiny dump somewhere.

Make it so these guys' descendants up to the 4th generation can live comfortably for free but the rest should go to the most needy. Have them create whole communities not for their families but for the who live on the streets.


Yes, that would be responsible behavior, a partial gesture of appreciation for society having provided the opportunity to hoard great wealth.
