AgnosticDamien is banned

AgnosticDamien has been banned from IGI for vexatious abuse of our members, moderators and staff. He had been formerly banned for the same reason, but was readmitted a year ago on the assurance he had reformed.

AgnosticDamien's vexatious abuse primarily consisted of intentionally insulting Valued Members, then editing as required when the insult was reported. This would regularly occur multiple times per week, occasionally multiple times per day. He continued this behavior from the Corner, giving no indication he was willing to correct his behavior.

This ban is permanent.
