Members now have the ability to search various search engines from the forum header.  No changes are made to the actual search page.

Current Search Engines:

Default - IGI's internal search
Google - English search engine
Yandex - Russian search engine
Nigma - Russian search engine

Yes, we can turn off Yandex and Nigma if they cause undue stress.

Looks like I might be able to code other search engines.  If there's interest, I'll test it over the weekend.

Ok, confirmed we can set up the following:
- IGI search
- Google site (searches IGI on Google)
- Google web (searches Google)
- Wikipedia

So... any requests?

Not to nit-pick but any chance of the searches opening in a new window or tab?

I think being able to search Wikipedia would be really helpful.

Currently on the test forum:

- IGI
- Google Site (Google searches IGI)
- Yandex Site (Yandex searches IGI)
- Google Web (Standard Google search)
- Wikipedia
- YouTube
- Dictionary (via reference.com)
- Etymology (via Online Etymology Dictionary)
- Images (via Google Images)
- Maps (via Google Maps)
- Movies (via Internet Movie Database)
- Shopping (via Amazon)
- Weather (via The Weather Channel)

Anyone who is in beta testers, feel free to check it out!  Once we decide on our custom set I'll paste them all over to the main forum (there's a much lower chance of my blowing things up this way.)

I hate that, too!  Apparently there's a way to set your browser to open a new tab automagically on click, so I'll post how to do it, if I ever find out how.
