Clarification on Etiquette #1

Please note that Etiquette #1 does not specify that the poster must be named.  As long as the target is identifiable as a specific member of this forum, even if the exact identity of the target is not obvious, it's a violation of this guideline.

The rationale behind this is that anything specific enough to identify a single forum member is specific enough for the target of the insult to apply it to themselves.  Whether anyone knows who it is--including the author of the insult--is irrelevant.
