"other" and "whatever you want"

What's the difference between the "other" section under general, and "anything you like" under community? From what I see, it's the same types of topics in both sections. If there is no difference, would it be possible to combine the two and just keep "anything you like," and put something else, for example a "health" section, under general instead?

Also, why is there a separate section for Evolution, wouldn't Evolution fit under Science?

I guess its put there because in religious forums, evolution dominates the science section and also because some creationists don't believe evolution is science!!!
