I know people who try to use logic and reason to figure out who God is... and to understand his love for us.. they put him in a box. I was like that until recently, a few days ago. I asked God how can you love me? He made it clear that his love is not be reasoned with or use logic with.. because it goes beyond that.. He showed me that his love for me and you is unable to be
reasoned with.. it's not something that you can understand on your own.

For example, if you have love for your sister/brother/mother/father/girlfriend/ boyfriend/spouse etc... Do you try to understand that love? No.. it's just there, right? That's kind of how it is with God..
I'm really just starting to understand that for myself.. it is amazing.. it is unlike anything I have ever had before.

Christmas is soon. Let His love for you be His gift to you this year... Merry Christmas, and have a great new year!

deaf 18 year old female talks a little about her summer and signs the lyrics to the song "Favorite One" WRITTEN TRANSCRIPT: Hi. Good morning :) my name is Chelsea, this is my video blog #26. This past summer 2008 was very interesting.... few things happened.

#1: I moved back into my parents' house after finishing the internship on June 1st.

#2 I taught elementary school Deaf Ed over the summer.. a very interesting job. *laughs*

#3: My best deaf friend of 12 years is moving across state, 8 hour drive away from me.

#4: I struggled with depression, and wrong perceptions of God. I struggle with feeling as if He looks at me like I'm a disappointment.

#5: I've gone weeks and weeks without His voice. "Where are you, God?" A very hard season of not being able to hear him for many weeks... Last week was finally breakthrough. *shakes head*

#6 I want to share with you a song that really helps me to remember that I am His favorite, and that I can go to Him and He loves me and it is something that I sing.
It is by a wonderful woman named Misty Edwards. Ok? Ready?

You like that? I love that song because it keeps me focused on who He is in my life and I should remember to always remember that He wants me... that He wants me to be near him and he wants me to come to him and he's willing to talk to me and he really wants me.. His desire IS FOR ME!
