D.Nd - Poisoned & Infection

Whoo! Death Note DoujinGame Poisoned is out, and playable! I'm sure it's been out for awhile, but I just recently discovered it.
For anyone who reads this(which will be like, no one) and doesn't know what this is, DNd Poisoned is a Death Note fan-game basically. It's a YAOI game, meaning boy/boy love and such. The main pairing in this game is Mello/Near, but there is one Mello/Matt ending.

Story from the creators website :
"Wammy's House is an orphanage ubicated at south of England. Brilliant orphans from around the world are gathered and trained to fulfill a purpose: Become copies of L, the greatest detective of the world.
Living in a battlefield called everyday and trapped by his obsessive mind and his great intelligence, 14 years old boy whose allias is Mello struggles day after day to become number 1, always being surpassed by a boy who uses the name of Near.
Mello's sick obsession to surpass his rival and become the best candidate to succeed L, aggravated by his troubled and addictive personality, have made Near become the center of his world. Though he sees this feeling as pure hatred and anger, the pale boy might mean more for Mello than he'd want to admit.
When Roger decides to assign them both a project they must work in together, they might be able to discover the greatest mystery of their lives: Each other.
However the chemical reaction as result of their relationship might not be the desired result Roger was looking for..."

SCENARIO C - Little friendship.
SCENARIO B - Obsessive, possessive behaviour.
SCENARIO A - Original rivalry, real understanding of each other.

CHARACTERS:
MELLO
Age: 14
The character player controls. A 14 years old boy full of energy who tries hard to be the number one without success, being always "the second". He hates Near because of this and has a sick obsession about him. Mello can be quite unpredictable, it's much better to be his friend than his enemy.

NEAR
Age: 13
The always number one. Quiet, reserved, yet sharp when he has something to say. He seems opposite of Mello in many aspects, but somehow they have some important points in common that make them both fit as if they were puzzle pieces, even if his rival doesn't want to see this. His emotionless attitude always gets on Mello's nerves; but beyond those empty eyes, Near must be human too...

Support Characters

MATT
3rd best child in the orphanage. Same age as Mello. Mello usually compares him with a dog, always following his master even if it means he'll get into trouble. Loves games and isn't very fond of outdoors, though he isn't as antisocial as Near: He's still able to keep a small social life. He seems to enjoy spending time with his friend Mello...

LINDA
A girl with a great talent for art, even if she isn't as smart as Mello and Near. She is friendly and always wants everyone to get along. She seems to specially want to get along with someone...

ROGER
The person in charge of the orphanage. He'll give Mello and Near the new task they must fulfill together.

STORY:
"November of 2009. Kira's power has become common law and doctrine as his kingdom grows stronger with every passing day. Roaming in the shadows, L's successors have been waiting for the chance to finally fulfill one of their strongest desires: revenge. A game between them has started; who will get to the final boss (Kira) first? The game they're playing is one riddled with death, but it's just a game after all..."

So far, on Poisoned, I have beaten one ending, because I'm just that lazy. I accidently deleted my progress on my last game, where I had two ends finished.

I am currently working on the ending Loyal Dog, because I feel like it! This is the Matt/Mello ending, and the one I want the most.

Even though I know no one is interested, I'll be posting my progress throughout the game here, and also my reactions to the endings.

**WARNING!!! All of my descriptions will have spoilers, telling you the how the ending went**
Ending: Forever - Mello becomes obsessive of Near, and in the end murders him and kills himself, so they can be together, like he had stopped himself from doing while he was living.
Reaction: OMG WTF?!?! Why?! Why the hell did Mello kill Near?! What the f**k was that? Gah. This end made me cry. Near didn't deserve such a thing, honestly. All Near ever did to Mello was kiss him. Gah. I hope the next one I do is less sad. And less infuriating.

Reaction: HOLY s**t!! OMG wow!! I love this ending to peices. At least the first part! I can't post a picture of what happened - it's pretty close to being porn O.o In the end Mello says "I know that someday I'll leave Matt behind, but I'm sure the dog will keep waiting for his master. And sometimes...that thought makes me smile" I squealed there, it was amazingly cute! I'm very happy with this ending! I love Mello/Matt! ;P

On to another ending! This time, I'll attempt to get the ending Puzzle!

Linda asked Mello and Near to help her get some paper. She went to go get a teacher for help, the chair Mello was standing on broke...Mello landed on top of Near and *kissed* him, then....

LINDA CAUGHT THEM!! Hahahahahahah! Oh yes. Then Roger took them into his office for one of "those" talks. That was awkward. XD

Now I have to find Near. WHERE THE HELL IS HE!?! ARGGH!!!

SO yeah, Mello found Near in his room and lotsa kissing went on there ;P Then they went to sleep Mello tells Near he doesn't wantto hate him anymore. Near says he naver hated Mello, and...yeah, happy. Happy.

Ending- Puzzle- four years later, Mello wakes up. He had been dreaming about Near and all of the above stuffs.. He didn't know whether what he did with Near back at Wammy's was real or not..
My reaction- I actually started crying. Seriously, there are tears on my keyboard. The game misled me! Why couldn't it just let them be happy? WHY?! It's just not fair...

Three more to go, I'll be doing Bodyguard next. Because I want to. I might not finish it today, I'm still in shock from the last ending.

GAH!! Here we go!

So, into the game, on day 2, we hear that some boys are looking for Near. Mello goes to find him, and finds Near in the bathroom, huddled in a corner.

So, Mello confronts the boys...and says " If you dare put your fingers on Near, I'll kill you." Then punches one of the boys. Then an epic fight plays out! It's amazing, Mello beating the s**t out of three boys at once. Then Roger stops teh fight. :(
Later, Near comes to thank you for pretecting him. :3

Whoo! Can't wait to see what happens next.

Whoot! This is teh ending!! So, third day, night. Mello finds that the boys are trying to harm Near again, and goes to protect him.

So Mello protects him(:3) But before the boys and Mello can get into a fight, Linda appears! So no fighty. :(

Ending: BodyGuard - They came to understand each other, but it faded away as time passed. They went back to competing against each other. Mello states "The way I felt then, felt like I'd been poisoned. Though...I don't think I'd mind being poisoned again."
Reaction : *sniff* Not too bad, I guess. At least Near and Mello had a connection for awhile. I don't like that they went back to being rivals. It's hard to imagine them as friends though. Well, as long an Near isn't getting the s**t beat out of him...I'll be fine.
Overall, I liked this ending.

O.o Woooooow. If only you could know what I just read. Oh wow.

Anyyyyhow.

So, now we ish be in the library on day to, working on our project with Near. Mello is having an internal battle, trying to figure out what his feelings are for Near...so like....yeah. Mello stares directly into Near's eyes, and Near looks away. (:3) Then Mello actually puts his hand on Near's shoulder! *GASP* OMG INVASION OF PERSONAL SPACE! And then....this happens!

Aww~ So cute, though Mello is only testing Near...kinda.
And then....Near is all like...

And then pushes Mello away :( And then asks what Mello was doing! XD Mello tells him he was kissing him (XD LMAO) and Near says he was too confused to enjoy it.
Mello's next thoughts: "(Heh heh, well then next time, I'll make you enjoy it"
Hahaha.....gah, this storyline is getting gooooooood.

AND OMG Mello just....oh wow, why would you do that in NEAR'S BED Mello?!?! What were you doing snooping around in his room in the first place?!

Whoo! So, Melo goes to find Near after getting very angry at him (XD) And finds him LATE at night, in the common room. Near is doing a puzzle.

Mello kisses Near in an amazingly gentle way(He's Mello, for christ's sake! I though Near would have been raped by now!)
Yeah, and all of this continues...util Mello is like, EATING NEAR'S NECK. It's amazing. No picture though. :(
Then they hear footsteps...and Mello...well, he does THIS.

Mello continues...CHEWING on Near's neck (XDXD SO FUNNY) and the footsteps fade away...then Mello continues what he was doing, and Near...he just says "I....can't think....when you.....do that" *squee* :3
And then this happens. **WARNING, image is NSFW!**

Yeah, and after some "things" happen, Mello runs off to bed.
After THAT....WHAT THE HELL IS GOING TO HAPPEN TOMORROW?!It can't get any more obscene than that...can it?

Well, it does. Near and Mello almost...well, they have some fun in Roger's office after they work, Linda sees, Mello confronts Linda about it...Mello tells her not to tell anyone, she promises she won't....the music gets all weird and beaty-like. Linda then slaps Mello (XD) and runs off.
The Mello goes to think in his room, and Matt comes in, he tells Matt about what he's been doing.

Okay, so like yeah.

I can't keep playing for now, but I'm about thirty seconds away from the end. I'll probably finish it tomorrow.

Okay! Here we go, the ending. Near and Mello argue in Near's room. Near ends up being shoved onto his bed. Mello starts choking and screaming at Near.


Ending - Unreachable - So after Mello releases him, Near actually pulls Mello down, into a hug. (OMG. Near? Hugging? WTF?) Mello says "I hate you", trying not to cry, and Near pats his head! (<3 <3 <3) Near says he doesn't want Mello to stop hating him.
Reaction- Woah woah woah. What? No love? Just addiction? Not cool. But kinda cute. Argh. I guess the only ero we got for this ending was the one picture. (the one I posted the link for!) I was expecting a bit more. Hmm. Well, at least I'm not scarred for life. Though I have to say, this ending wasn't very satisfying. Oh well. At least I got to see Near holding Mello while Melly was crying! ^_^

On to the next ending! This time, it's Games.
Same old beginning, you know. All the paths start the same. Like you know. It's a choose-your-fate kinda thing. Yeah. Rather fun.
Oh, the reason it takes me so long to update! Well, I'm playing WITHOUT a walkthrough. And to get an ending, you have to pick the EXACT right options. Well, sometimes I screw up, and pick the wrong ones. So I have to go back to the last place I saved. I'm getting better about this now, I save after every option I pick that I know is the right one. So yeah. Much faster updates. Oh yeah, I can't play this game with anyone in the room either. It's not cool. I can only play when the peoples are out. AKA once a week. So I want to finish this next end right now! ASAP. So I'll get started.

Alright so! We're getting farther along. It's day 3, Mello and Near are waiting for Roger, Near kisses Mello. I couldn't get the screenshot damnit! I skipped the scene on ac!!! AAAAARRRGGGHHH NOT COOL YO!! But it was major adorable. Then Roger ruined it. :( Good thing he didn't see though.
So yeah, you guys leave, and Mello hears that Linda saw the kiss. SO you end up having to search for this annoying brat EVERYWHERE. It's lame.
Mello finds her, she slaps him, blah blah blah, this is getting boring. I've seen this already.
Then you talk to Near, he asks Mello some thing, Mello gets pissed off and storms out of the room. Then he just wanders aimlessly through Wammy's. Oh joy.

Yes, so, after much aimless wandering, Mello goes into Near's room to talk.  When he decides to leave, Near grabs his sleeve.


And then...oh holy hell. I can't even begin to describe the next scene.  Unless I do this "ZOMGWTFAAAHHIWILLNEVERSEEAGAIN!!RAPEITELLYOU!RAPE!!" Yep. Mello and Near vent some frustration. And then...

Ending - Games - A month later. Mello goes to Near whenever he's frustrated. And you know what they do. I'm not going to spell it out for you. "It's just a game to hide the fact that we've poisoned each other. And it won't go away."
Reaction: Whooooo! I like this ending. Mwaha. It's really funny at one point. And Mello and Near keep smexing. ^_^

I HAVE FINISHED ALL FIVE REQUIRED ENDINGS!! Time for the special one. Here we go. (IN THE NEXT POST!)
